Complementing the sumptuous Bluff Oyster is a variety of seafoods, the Bluff Oyster and Food Festival also celebrates Crayfish, Paua (Abalone), Scallops, Salmon, Blue Cod and Mussels - all in abundance. This is local fare which will tempt any tastebuds. Sought after Muttonbird, Venison, Lamb or the humble Kiwi sausage, all washed down with great southern ales and a selection of New Zealand wines.
